Hurt by a drug, a product, or a company?

Answer a few questions. We’ll check it against every active case — free, in minutes.

How it works

Three steps. No pressure at any of them.

Most eligibility sites are lead funnels — every visitor “qualifies,” and the phone calls never stop. Watchdog is built the other way around: real criteria, checked honestly, and you stay in control the whole way.

1

Tell us what happened

Answer a few plain-English questions about your situation. No legal vocabulary, no 40-field forms — and we only ask what actually matters to your case.

2

See where you stand

We check your answers against the current criteria for the active case that fits your situation, and give you a straight answer — including when the answer is no.

3

Meet the right firm

If your situation may qualify and you want to go further, we introduce you to a law firm already handling that exact litigation. You decide if and when to talk.

Why people trust us

Straight answers, even when the answer is no.

Being told you don’t have a claim is useful too — it saves you weeks of calls and false hope. That’s the standard we hold every answer to, and it’s why the people we do connect with law firms tend to be genuinely strong fits.

And because cases open, expand, and settle constantly, you can ask us to keep watching: if a new case may fit your situation later, we’ll let you know — no re-answering everything from scratch.

  • If you don't meet a case's criteria, we tell you plainly
  • Nothing saved, shared, or sent to a firm without your permission
  • Introductions are based on fit for your specific case
  • We keep watching — new cases are checked against your situation
  • Watchdog isn't a law firm; we help you find the right one

Common questions

Asked all the time. Answered honestly.

Is this really free?
Yes — checking a claim is always free, and there's no obligation at any point. If you're eventually matched with a law firm and they take your case, firms typically work on contingency, meaning they're paid a percentage only if your case results in a recovery.
Is Watchdog a law firm?
No. Watchdog is not a law firm and doesn't give legal advice. We help you understand the active cases, check whether your situation may meet their criteria, and — if you ask us to — introduce you to an independent law firm that handles that kind of case.
What happens to my information?
It stays private. Your answers are used to check your claim and for nothing else — never sold, never used for marketing. Nothing is shared with a law firm unless you explicitly request a review.
What if I don't qualify?
We tell you plainly, and we don't string you along. Criteria change as cases develop, so if you'd like, we can keep watching and let you know if a case that fits your situation opens later.
