Privacy

Plain-English privacy.

The short version: we collect the minimum, use it only to check your claim, share it only when you ask, and you can delete it whenever you like. The slightly longer version is below.

What we collect

When you check a claim, we collect the answers you give — facts about your situation relevant to the case you're checking — and, only if you request a review, a way to reach you (phone or email). We deliberately collect the minimum needed to answer the question in front of us, and we don't gather information “just in case.”

How we use it

Your answers are used to screen your situation against case criteria and to show you your result. If you ask us to arrange a case review, your answers and contact information are shared with the one law firm reviewing that case — and with no one else.

If you opt into ongoing monitoring, we keep your answers on file so new cases can be screened against them, and we contact you only when one may fit.

What we never do

We never sell your information. We never use it for advertising or add it to marketing lists. We never share it with anyone — including law firms — without your explicit request. Health-related answers are treated as sensitive and get the strictest handling of all.

Your control

You can see what we have, correct anything that's wrong, or delete it entirely, at any time. Deleting means gone — we don't keep shadow copies. If you've already asked a firm to review your case, their copy is governed by their own obligations, and we'll tell you exactly who has what.

Questions
